10. ROBERT3 WATSON (John2, Robert1); born circa 1835; married HARRIET [—?—], born circa 1839 in Ohio.

Robert moved to Medina County and Massillon, Stark County, Ohio. He was enumerated as a preacher in Harrisville, Medina County, Ohio, in 1880.55 There is an 1861 Venango deed56 from John P. Watson and wife Margaret to Robert Watson, Jr. [sic] of Portage County, Ohio, in which John P. sells to Robert 24 acres of land in Allegheny Township for $100 and “as well as for consideration of parental affection,” with the stipulation that John and Margaret can continue to live on the land. Another deed, dated 19 December 1864, shows Robert and Harriet, still of Medina County, Ohio, selling the land to J. J. McCaslin and Marshall Goss of Allegheny Township.57 In 1865, Robert and other Watsons sold the old Robert W. Watson farm to oil speculators for $8,000—see under Robert W. Watson (#1).

11. MARGARET3 WATSON (John2, Robert1); born November 1838, died 21 December 1906 in Enterprise, Southwest Township, Warren County, Pennsylvania; married HENRY WRIGHT, born March 1834 in Pennsylvania, died 1906. Both Margaret and Henry are buried in Enterprise Cemetery.

The family lived in Oil Creek Township, Venango County, in 1870, when Henry was listed as a farmer. By 1880, Henry, Margaret and family had moved to Elk Township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, where Henry was listed as a teamster.58

Children of Henry and Margaret (Watson) Wright (all born in Pennsylvania); given names in parentheses are given names mentioned in Margaret's obituary, 24 December 1906, Titusville Herald; and they are mainly guesses on my part:59

George was listed from Pleasantville (Venango County, Pennsylvania), at the time of his mother's obituary in 1906.

12. RACHEL3 WATSON (John2, Robert1); born 2 December 1843; died 14 May 1891; married JOHN BILLS, born 1837 in New York state; died 1891. The family lived in Grand Valley, Eldred Township, Warren County, Pennsylvania.60 In 1880, John was enumerated as laborer.61

13. MARY3 ELLEN WATSON (John2, Robert1); born circa 1844; married LYMAN HOWE. Mary Ellen was alive in 1900. In 1880, Mary Ellen, widow, and children Heather (Hattie) and Edward were living with her father in Sadsbury Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.63

In 1920, C. Fremont and Hattie were in Sadsbury Township, Crawford County, with child
(a) Howard Gehr, born circa 1908 in Pennsylvania (census page 10B). Fremont was a farmer.
  79 v. Edward Victor Howe; born 1875; died 1930; married Nora [—?—], born circa 1881 in Pennsylvania. In 1910, the family was in Sadsbury Township, where Edward was listed as a farmer.
One child was
